I am the pastor of the worship department where I oversee all aspects of worship services including music, media, and planning. In addition, I encourage the department’s staff and volunteers by offering pastoral care and guidance, and I oversee the department’s daily tasks to keep us serving the congregation effectively and efficiently. Lastly, I strive to make sure that everything we do in worship ministries honors God and builds kingdom principles.

As the Chief Musician, I am responsible for the musical direction of our corporate worship in weekend services and special events.  I work with our Associate Worship Leader to train and develop our great team of volunteers.  In addition, I write and arrange music we use in our services.  You will see me most weekends leading our teams in the sanctuary.  During the week, I prepare the worship music and participate in worship department planning.

Associate Worship Leader

As the Associate Worship Leader, I assist in leading worship in weekend services and special events.  You will see me leading worship in the sanctuary and occasionally the chapel as well.  During the week, I am involved in the preparation of weekend service worship sets.

Office Manager and Worship Pianist

In my role as Office Manager, I create the bulletin, prepare schedules, assist in worship department planning, and help to keep things running smoothly.  As Worship Pianist, I play for the Sunday worship services and accompany the choir.

Director of Worship Technology

I oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of audio/video/lighting systems used throughout the campus.  I lead the entire volunteer production crew, and I am involved in the production of weekend services and special events in the sanctuary.

Weekend Audio/Video Producer

I assist with the production of weekend services by serving as the leader for the media team.  I prepare content in advance of the services and direct the video team during services to ensure a high quality connection between the congregation and those serving on stage.

Media Project Manager

I work with ministry departments to produce video projects ranging from ministry minutes to educational material, promotions, and everything in between. I work with volunteers to create media to support, encourage, promote, and enhance the many ministries of the church.

Choir Director

I direct the Sanctuary Choir.  We participate in the Sunday morning services from September through June.  I also help with vocal training for our worship teams.

I assist the media project manager with various creative elements including videos and still graphics.  You may also see me assisting in the media booth on the weekends.
