Community Partners

Allegheny Center Alliance Church collaborates with other Christian community development organizations as well as neighborhood groups and organizations in our efforts to bring God's shalom to the North Side of Pittsburgh.

At Urban Impact, we're providing options for those who have few or no options. We enlist God’s help in building positive relationships with youth on Pittsburgh’s North Side. We ask for His guidance in mending the wounds of needy children. From there we can work to change Pittsburgh one person, one family, and one block at a time. United Way Contributor's Choice #9532

The Shore Project is a nonprofit organization providing Support, Hope, Opportunity, Responsibility and Empowerment to the youth of our community: servicing youth ages 14 to 18 through a III Phase program plan that's S.H.O.R.E to empower their future. According to the latest reports, approximately 2,000 people in Greater Pittsburgh are homeless. Even more suffer from poverty and hunger and are on the verge of becoming homeless. Motivated to live our Christian principles, the mission of the North Side Christian Health Center is to provide whole-person primary health care to underserved persons on the Northside and surrounding neighborhoods. North Side Christian Health Center was founded in 1993 by a group of doctors and community leaders who had a vision to serve the medically uninsured on the Northside with comprehensive, faith-based primary and preventive health care that addresses the whole person: body, mind and spirit.

Northside Common Ministries (NCM) is a non-profit organization established in 1982 by 30 independent local churches. Recognizing the needs of the economically disadvantaged in an urban setting, NCM addresses the needs of the homeless and hungry in Pittsburgh. The mission of Northside Common Ministries is to answer the call of Jesus to "feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and receive the stranger" through its Pleasant Valley Emergency Shelter and Community Food Bank ministries.  1600 Brighton Rd. Seeking Justice with the love of God. Christian Legal Aid of Pittsburgh, Inc. (CLA) strives to provide help, hope and healing to those in need in the Pittsburgh community through the provision of free legal advice and counseling. Since 2004, CLA has been providing pro bono legal services to individuals who meet the poverty guidelines, and currently serves residents of both Allegheny and Butler counties.
