WORSHIP

As a ministry, the Worship Department of Allegheny Center Alliance Church exists to assist in the overall corporate worship experience by offering music that is honoring to the Lord, Spirit-filled and Spirit-led, musically excellent, and consistent with the vision/mission of the church. As God's family, we want to worship Him well in all we do, develop people by building disciples, and grow the Body by reaching people outside His family through the use of the arts.

We offer a variety of ways for people to be involved. The following are just a few:

We have a variety of area for involvement in our audio/visual ministries. Your gifts and abilities can be used in sound reinforcement, video production, and computer graphics. Donald Tucker, our audio/visual ministries director, would be happy to talk with you about involvement.

There are also seasonal opportunities for participation in drama and arts ministry. Easter time is generally our major outreach production. However, we do special presentations for Christmas, and occasionally other times of the year.

In the near future, we hope to add a middle school and high school choir. In addition, we are working on a banner ministry,a signing ministry to the hearing impaired, and a visual arts ministry.
